All ages--family event

Platinum-Recording-Grammy-Nominated artist, Steve Free, will be back in concert at the Fayetteville-Perry Library on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 5-7pm. Steve’s music covers a gamut of folk, rock, and country. Come and surround yourself with a small, cozy performance that is perfect for people of all ages!

Honey Hill Farm is docking and the animals are being unloaded.  Come greet the adorable animals for an unforgettable family excursion.

Learn about “the rainforests of the sea” as The Cincinnati Museum Center presents “Coral: A Colorful Community.” There are two sessions:  5pm or 6pm, so pick a time and enjoy the presentation.  There are sure to be plenty of fun and interesting facts about coral, as well as lots of colorful pictures of the creatures that call coral reefs their home. The Museum Center also shows how a coral reef habitat is teeming with life in a beautiful puppet show. This free family event is a must-see!

Are you a local musician looking for a place to play? Sardinia Library has a gig for you! We’re extending an open invitation to jam sessions for pickers, strummers, drummers, fiddlers, and all acoustic musicians and singers in between. Meet at Sardinia Library on July 6, 2022 at 5:30pm to share with fellow musicians. 

Please bring nonelectric instruments only. Prepare to take your turn playing a song or two while the rest of the group plays, sings or listens along.

Dive into summer reading fun with the Newport Aquarium’s Wave Foundation.  Stingray Stories and Croc Talk are two exciting programs that will run back-to-back on Thursday, July 7, 2022, beginning at 5:00pm. Experience these animal ambassadors up close.  For more information, call 937-378-3197.

Sardinia Library has just the ticket with Trivia Night at Sardinia Perk—Peace & Love Edition.  Come on down and hang out at The Perk, located at 121 North Main Street on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 6:30pm. The cool Perk staff will also provide some righteous treats (available for purchase) for the event. And don’t forget to wear your favorite tie-dye threads. We’ll catch you on the flipside.

Georgetown Library welcomes Madcap Puppets to the historic Gaslight Theater.  This fun free event will feature hilarious puppets and audience participation. 

All alligators are crocs, but not all crocs are alligators. Find out what we mean when Sardinia Library hosts Croc Talk, presented by The Newport Aquarium (newportaquarium.com) and the WAVE Foundation (wavefoundation.org) on July 11, 2022 at 6pm.
