Drop in to the historic Gaslight Theater to watch the Madcap Puppets perform a beautiful adaptation of the enchanted classic “The Wonderful World of Oz”. People of all ages will be delighted as they journey down the yellow brick road with Dorothy, Toto, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion and the Tin Man. 

Learn how to prepare to “Get Mooned” by the upcoming solar eclipse! Learn about solar eclipses and the safety of using viewing glasses to watch them during a presentation by Alta Beasley. Enjoy snacks, crafts and more; even grab a pair of solar viewing glasses (a limited number of glasses will be available to program attendees)!

Saturday, March 2, 2024, is the National Education Association’s “Read Across America Day!” In honor of this celebration, the Sardinia Library presents a reading challenge, between Friday, March 1, 2024 and Saturday, June 1, 2024, for our patrons to “read their way across America!”

Hustle over to Georgetown Library between 12:00 – 5:00pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024 for our Opening Day Celebration.
