National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is Saturday, February 6, 2021. Celebrate with the Fayetteville Library as they hand out ice cream sandwiches, curbside. Stop by anytime between 9:30-11:30 for your own delicious treat!

A turkey is running loose in a school right before a Thanksgiving play. Can YOU help catch it? Follow along as students turn their school upside down trying to catch the turkey, ending with a twist that ensures no turkeys are harmed (or eaten!).
What are you thankful for this year? Todd Parr's The Thankful Book celebrates all the little things children can give thanks for. Join Ms. A as she reads about everyday activities like reading and bathtime to big family meals together and special alone time between parent and child.
As winter arrives, Miss Megan reads about where animals go when they disappear as it gets cold in Jaclyn Jaycox's book Hibernation.
Fayetteville-Perry Youth Librarian, Ms. Megan, reads Swashby and the Sea by Beth Ferry.
Sometimes salty sea-dwellers want to be left alone, you know? But, Swashby has a hard time staying isolated in this heart-warming book. The sea might do a bit of meddling...but just a little.
All kids age 18 and under can pick up 7 balanced meals. Please call the library upon arrival to receive your meals. Children, parents, and caregivers can arrange meal pickup. The meals for this program are provided by the Children's Hunger Alliance. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
