The Sardinia Library Book Club meets on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month at 1:00pm.

Did you know that long before people inhabited Ohio, it was covered in a vast ocean? Discover the strange and amazing ancient creatures who once called our region home, and whose fossilized remains can still be seen today!

Learn about “the rainforests of the sea” as The Cincinnati Museum Center (cincymuseum.org) presents “Coral: A Colorful Community.” Sardinia Library hosts this presentation on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 6pm. There’s sure to be plenty of fun and interesting facts about coral, as well as lots of colorful pictures of the creatures that call coral their home.

Be careful! You might just find yourself hooked if you attend the Basic Crochet session on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the Sardinia Library. At 5:30pm, we help get you started as you learn the ocean-like wave stitch pattern. This adult program shows you that the library has more than just books to help you spin a great yarn.

Summer Reading at the Sardinia Library opens up with a splash with an Ocean Bottom Bash. Swim down to the Library on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 6pm for a cookout with a special Spongey guest.  Come for fabulous food, photo ops, and a fun story time, too. Missing this great a party might just make you a little crabby, so sail, surf, or swim your way to the Ocean Bottom Bash!

Cowpokes & Coffee meets on the 3^rd Thursday at 9:30am.

Sometimes you need to slow down to catch up. Sardinia Library is offering an opportunity for Seniors to do just that. The Sardinia Library is hosting a Senior Saturday, for ages 55 and up, on May 7, 2022 from 10am-12pm. Coffee and other beverages will be provided giving you an opportunity to play games, discuss current events or past times, or just get together and chat. We’d love to see you on Senior Saturday at Sardinia Library.
