Brown County Public Library is updating its public printing services at all branches on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Because there will be intermittent interruptions to copy, fax, scan, and print functions, we encourage you to call your local branch if you are headed to the library for these services (Mt. Orab Library: 937-444-1414, Sardinia Library: 937-446-1565, Georgetown Library: 937-378-3197, or Fayetteville-Perry Library: 513-274-2665).
The service changes make it possible for our guests to print, copy, fax, and scan from a single new machine, and they should also see improved service and response time. Mobile printing continues to be available. Price points are:
Black & White:
$0.20 per page for letter (8.5x11) and legal (8.5x14)
$0.40 per page for ledger (11x17)
Color:
$0.45 per page for letter (8.5x11) and legal (8.5x14)
$0.90 per page for ledger (11x17)
Fax: $1 (1-5 pages), $2 (6-10 pages), $3 (11-15 pages), $4 (16-20 pages), $5 (21+ pages)
